Website safeguards
Inquiry submissions are validated on the server and saved to a managed database. The form accepts same-origin requests and limits field and request sizes. Database writes use parameterized queries. Form data is not exposed through public list endpoints. The management page and data export require an authenticated administrator session. Administrator passwords are stored as salted hashes, and login attempts are rate-limited.
AI deployment requirements
Each AI engagement includes a review of data collection, access roles, retention, approved knowledge sources, supplier terms and human escalation. Voice or likeness use requires permission. Live deployments should include monitoring, rehearsed fallback content and an operator-controlled stop procedure. Security scope and responsibilities are documented for each engagement.
Security reports
To report a security concern, email legal@pactveil.com. Include the affected page, a description and non-sensitive reproduction steps. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other people’s personal data. Avoid accessing data that is not yours or disrupting the service.
Assurance and limitations
No system can guarantee absolute security. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA certification, or universal regulatory compliance. Any contractual security requirements, availability commitments and regional hosting needs are evaluated and agreed for the specific engagement.
